A Beretta solar thermal system is installed at the base of the Nepali side of Everest. It produces DHW and heating for the Pyramid International Laboratory/Observatory, located at 5.050 m. a.s.l. Every day, Beretta solar appliances supply 700 litres DHW at 55° C and heat two rooms of the Pyramid, while the remaining part of the Laboratory is heated by two Beretta condensing Boilers.
