Privacy Notice - Contact Form
We inform you that the data you provide by filling out the Website Form will be processed in compliance with the current European legislation on the protection of personal data (Reg. EU 2016/679).
The Website Form is designed to allow users to contact the nearest agent and/or service centre, if they so desire.
The data that the user voluntarily provides through the Form will be transformed into an email that will be sent to the nearest agent and/or service centre and to the owner of the Website, also for the purpose of its storage within the system for receiving emails used by the owner of the Website.
These data will not be stored on other media or devices of third parties.
Please note that the Form is not intended for visitors under the age of 16 or who are not adults in their jurisdiction of residence. If your personal data do not comply with the requirements specified, do not enter your personal data in the Form.
1) Data Controller
The data controller is Riello S.p.A., with registered office in Legnago (VR), Via Ing. Pilade Riello 7, Tax code and VAT no. 02641790239.
2) Nature of Personal Data processed and methods of processing
The personal data that Riello gathers through the Form are exclusively the data that the user will provide directly and voluntarily.
In particular, Riello gathers the following data: name, surname, telephone number and email address (hereinafter "Personal Data").
These are the only data that are strictly necessary and relevant to the purposes set out in point 3 below (hereinafter "Purposes").
The processing of the Personal Data provided is carried out using paper and/or electronic means, always in order to guarantee the confidentiality and security of the data, and through a series of operations such as collection, registration, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, etc., necessary for the realisation of the Purposes.
The processing is carried out by the Controller's organisation and, in particular, by the commercial partners as agents and/or assistance centres exclusively for the realisation of the Purposes.
3) Purposes of the processing of Personal Data
Personal Data provided by users will be used exclusively:
a) to re-contact them using the information submitted with the Form and, therefore, to process the requests contained in the message sent via the Form;
b) with consent, for the statistical purpose of quantifying the number of recorded contacts;
c) with consent for marketing purposes and, in particular, to send special offers, updates and information on the products of the Riello range and on a more efficient use of the same.
4) Nature of provision of data and consequences of refusal
There is no obligation to provide the Personal Data requested through the Form, the provision of which is therefore optional.
However, the total or partial failure to complete the fields of the Form makes it impossible to respond to the user's request and, therefore, the inability to contact the agent and/or the nearest service centre for the purposes referred to in article 3 a).
5) Disclosure and communication of personal data
No personal data given in general by the users will be disclosed to third parties (except for the case of disclosure to competent Authorities in the event of investigating possible illegal activities).
According to the Purposes and the logic of the specific processing, as described above the Personal Data specifically provided by users may instead be communicated to internal collaborators or, in particular, to Riello agents and/or assistance centres in their capacity as Data Processors, exclusively for the realisation of the Purposes.
Personal Data are not communicated abroad.
Personal Data are not subject to disclosure.
6) Duration of processing
The processing will last no longer than it is necessary, for the Purposes for which the Personal Data have been gathered.
For statistical purposes, Personal Data will be stored in aggregated form and, in any case, for a period not exceeding 18 months from the date of submission of said data.
For marketing purposes, Personal Data will be stored for a period not exceeding 18 months from the date of submission of said data.
7) Rights of the data subject
At any time the User will be able to fully exercise the rights provided by current legislation, including the following rights:
- Receive confirmation of the existence of your Personal Data and request access to their content.
- Completely or partially update, modify and/or correct your Personal Data.
- Request complete or partial cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of your data processed in violation of the law.
- Revoke the consent given even for just one of the purposes listed in the Notice.
- Ask for the limiting of processing.
- Oppose processing for legitimate reasons and make a complaint.
- Receive a copy of the data provided and request that such data be submitted to another data controller.
